Plain low fat or fat free yogurt

Large cucumbers

Fat free sour cream

Lemon juice

Garlic, chopped

Fresh dill

Broccoli florets

Baby carrots
1 cup
Cherry tomatoes

Serving platter
Setting Up: 
Step 1:
Prepare Vegetables
Wash vegetables. Using peeler, peel, seed and then grate cucumber. Place other cucumber on cutting board and carefully slice into small slices with knife.* Set aside the cucumber slices.
Step 2:
Mixin' It Up
Mix yogurt, grated cucumber, sour cream, lemon juice, dill and garlic in a bowl.
Step 3:
Chill
Chill bowl with ingredients in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 4:
Serve
On serving platter, arrange tomatoes, cucumber slices, broccoli and carrots. Serve with cucumber dip.
